These three grouped parishes are situated tot the
west of the market town of Ruthin in a rural agricultural area. Llanfwrog
parish includes the part of the town to the west of the river Clwyd which is
a residential area, and also an extensive rural area which includes the
community of Gelltegfa.
Each parish has its own Parochial Church Council but the
three parishes share one parish priest. When there is a 5th Sunday in the
month, the three parishes worship together in rotation around the three
churches.

The parishes of Ruthin and Llanrhydd include the market
town of Ruthin to the east of the river Clwyd. Ruthin parish takes in the
town centre with its shops, offices and other retail outlets, while
Llanrhydd parish covers a large residential area. Each parish has its own
Parochial Church Council but the various parish groups are shared by both
parishes.
