Sunday Worship at Rhewl Church

2nd Sunday 9:30am - Eucharist
4th Sunday 9:30am - Eucharist

The village of Rhewl, 2 miles north of Ruthin on the main A525 is in the parish of Llanynys. A small wooden church was built in 1922 to serve this community as a church and a community hall.

Services are held regularly at Rhewl Church.

Llanynys is about half way between Ruthin and Denbigh in the Vale of Clwyd in North East Wales. Although it is in a peaceful and remote place, it is only about 2 miles from the busy A525 road. It is only half an hour from Rhyl and less than an hour from Chester. If travelling from the Denbigh direction, turn left at Pentre Llanrhaeadr and if travelling from the Ruthin direction, turn right at Rhewl.

If travelling by public transport there is a bus service from Rhyl, Denbigh, Ruthin, Corwen and Wrexham. leave the bus at Pentre Llanrhaeadr or Rhewl from where it is a pleasant walk of less than 2 miles along quiet country lanes.

The parish of Rhewl Church in Llanynys hold regular events throughout the year.

Any information on Mother's Union, Bible Groups, Reading Groups, clubs who use the facilities of the church etc - please update onto this section.

Thank you.
